ONBOARDING PHASE
Your personalized Fitness Lifestyle Protocol is constructed from scratch during the Onboarding Phase right after you finish enrollment. We take the time to build your multi-dimensional plan only once we have all the information about you and your journey so far.
STEP 1
PURCHASE THE PROGRAM

Purchase the 1:1 Premium Coaching Program.

Next, you will receive an email from us confirming your slot.

A pre-onboarding Assessment Form will be sent to you via email.

Once we have received your completed Assessment Form, we will email you the booking link to schedule your video Onboarding Discussion with the TNV Method Coach.

Ensure that you schedule the call at your earliest convenience so we can begin Coaching.
STEP 2
45-MIN ONBOARDING CONSULTATION

The Onboarding Discussion is an
in-depth video consultation with a TNV Method Coach. Ensure you give us at least 45 minutes of time.

Get introduced to your dedicated TNV Method Coach.

Your Coach will ask you a variety of questions to understand your history, habits, requirements and goals.

Based on this discussion, we will tailor your customized Fitness Protocol.

TNV METHOD APP ACCESS

Within minutes of the Onboarding Discussion, you will receive an invitation email from us for registering yourself on the TNV Method App.

On registering, you will have an access to 2-way chat communication with the TNV Method Coach.

Within 72 hours, this app will be loaded with your Fitness Protocol - Workout plan, Habit plan, Nutrition guidelines & Meal plan.

Once your protocol is ready, your coach will message you on the app to set-up the Program Discussion meeting.
STEP 4
60-MIN PROGRAM DISCUSSION

Hinging on the Onboarding Discussion, we will tailor your Fitness Lifestyle Protocol and load the TNV App.

Your Coach will walk you through all the aspects of your Fitness Protocol and answer any questions you have.

From here on, you can communicate with your Coach 24/7 via app-chat and get any plan customized.

Your Coach will set up bi-weekly Check-in appointments in the App to discuss your progress.

After this BEGINS YOUR COACHING PHASE
COACHING PHASE
Once you have your Fitness Lifestyle Protocol set up, your coaching phase officially begins. We begin counting your month from this phase. This phase is a continuous two-way communication channel where the TNV Method Coach will monitor your progress daily, make adjustments to your protocol and address any questions you have. The aim of this phase is to help you achieve your goal at sustainable rate.
24/7 CHAT SUPPORT
We are here for you throughout the program through daily in-app chat support & guidance. We will answer your queries & make recommendations or changes as and when you require. All messages will be answered in less than 24 hours.
PROGRESS CHECK-INS
You set the goal and we provide you all the guidance, tools to ensure you can achieve it. The TNV Method Coach will monitor your progress & discuss with you during bi-weekly video check-in calls.
WORKOUT PLAN REFRESH
We provide limitless customizations & new exercises & training routines to keep your body feeling challenged. We include de-load weeks, mobility days to help deal with soreness & fatigue as needed.
MINDSET BUILDING
The fitness transformation begins in the mind and we offer curated Mindset Building videos by our in-house mindset coach to help you build discipline, grit & self-credibility that will transform the way you approach fitness.
Struggling to make time for workouts & meal prepping because of a hectic 9-5 job or family commitments? We will help you create a new schedule for yourself so you never fall short of time again!
MEAL PLAN REFRESH
We provide limitless customizations & new recipes as often as needed. Bored of eating the same food? Want to include a specific cultural food? We are ready to customize your meal plan.
