A TNV Method Coach (not Tanvi) will be assigned to you.
1:1 Video call with Tanvi to discuss your fitness goals. This call will be pre-scheduled.
Develop the right mindset towards health & fitness so you can sustain results long-term
Workouts can be curated for home or gym or both.
Extensive meal plans and detailed recipe options.
Based on your feedback, we will update the plans as needed.
Lifestyle Habits will be added to help build discipline and get consistent results.
Video check-in calls of 15-20 min to help answer queries, discuss current barriers, get feedback from you, track progress and provide guidance & motivation as needed.
Tracking body stats and progress photos via the app.
Our response time for all programs is a minimum of 6-8 hours. We do not offer live chat nor do we use bots. A coach will respond to you.
Workouts can be curated for home and/or gym.
Exercise form video explaining how to perform the exercise.
Depending on your goals, additional cardio may be added.
We provide detailed feedback on your exercise form when you send us videos of yourself working out. Your Coach may even ask for a 1:1 Form Session.
Specific goals like running pace, strength in certain muscles.
We curate workouts based on the equipment you have available to you at home/gym/vacation.
Your past/current injuries will be considered while creating a plan.
If you have a busy schedule, we will create workouts that suit your time availability. This can be modified on request.

How do I know which program is best for me?Our programs are distinct from one another in terms of level of customizations, direct coach involvement, 1:1 video discussions and accountability. TNV 12 Week Fitness Lifestyle : This program is for you if you are seeking just a plan to follow with minimal guidance and coach interaction. TNV Commit: This program is for you if you are seeking a plan to follow with some guidance and coach interaction. TNV Evolve : This program is for you if you are seeking a detailed plan to follow with frequent guidance and coach interaction. This program is best for those looking to re-construct habits, terminate unhealthy habits & need to stay accountable to stay on track. We offer ongoing customizations in this program. TNV Transform: This program is for you if you are seeking a detailed plan to follow with plenty of guidance and coach interaction. This program is best for those who have a special circumstance, trouble staying consistent, need support to terminate unhealthy habits & are seeking a massive transformation. We offer ongoing customizations in this program. How often will I get customizations in a month?The 12-Week Fitness Lifestyle will be customized to your body composition and preferences at the very beginning of the program. We do not offer on-going customizations for the 12-week program but are happy to answer any questions you may have via chat/email. If you are looking for customizations, we recommend the TNV Commit, TNV Evolve or TNV Transform programs.

How quickly can I expect a response over chat?This varies based in the Program you choose. TNV Transform & Evolve : Expect to hear from us within 6-8 hours if we receive questions within business hours. TNV Commit : Expect to hear from us by the end of the business day if we receive questions within business hours. 12 Week Fitness Lifestyle : Expect to hear from us within 24 hours of when we receive your question.

Are your programs really personalized?Yes, all programs are tailored to your abilities, goals, and the equipment you have access to. Custom programs are built after completing a 45 min Onboarding Consultation call in the TNV Commit, TNV Evolve & TNV Transform programs.

How are the programs delivered ?All programs will be delivered via the TNV Method mobile app. This app is available for both Android & iOS users and an app-invitation link will be sent you in 1-2 business days after the program purchase.

Is there a free trial period for any programs ?We currently do not offer any free trials. We are happy to provide more details about the program itself, TNV Method app screenshots and answer any questions via WhatsApp chat support.

Who should I message/call if I have questions about my workout or nutrition?You can reach out to the TNV Method team 24/7 with any questions/concerns and they will help you within 24 hours.

Do you offer customized meal plans ?Our team of in-house dietitians and nutritionists will curate a complete Recipe Book & Nutrition Guide with sample meal plans based on your body composition, preferences and goals. We offer 10-15 recipe options per meal so you can have variety. We can help you with ingredient alternatives or other meal related questions via in-app chat.

Will I need supplements like Protein Shake ?Our team of in-house Dietitians has put together a detailed article related to guidance around supplementation and preferred brands (country-specific) in the Nutrition Guide. You can also chat with the team via the app for any queries.

What dietary preferences do you cater to ?We cater to the following - Vegan, Pure Vegetarian, Dairy-free, Non-vegetarian, Vegetarian with eggs. If you have allergies/intolerances, you can either skip those recipes or message us for an ingredient alternative option.

How will the Mindset Coaching help me lose fat?The fat-loss journey can get challenging especially after the initial burst of motivation dies down. Through the "Mindset Coaching" by our expert Mind & Brain Coach you will learn how to build patience, resilience and maintain clarity of thought when things start feeling difficult. The videos are curated to give you a burst of motivation, positivity and hope as you continue to work through the hurdles of day-to-day life

Do I need access to a full gym to do this?We understand that in these tough times, not everyone has access to a full gym. My goal is to help you by any means necessary, and that includes modifying programs based on equipment access. The great thing about having a customized program is that it allows me and my team to tailor your workouts to the equipment you have access to.

If I have a history of injuries can I opt for lnner Strength ?We recommend opting for the TNV Evolve or TNV Transform programs as those come with in-depth customization of workouts especially related to injuries and imbalances. You can work closely with your coach to test out various regressions of a certain exercises and get a customized plan created for your body. In Inner Strength we do not offer in-depth customization of workouts related to past injuries and imbalances.

What equipment will I need for the Home Workouts ?We recommend investing in: Two pairs of dumbbells - Medium and Heavy A resistance band kit with handles & door attachments A mini-band kit A workout bench or a sturdy chair A yoga mat We will be delighted to offer our recommendations from Amazon (country-specific) via in-app chat.
