Taking into account your past experience with fitness, injuries, favorite or not-so-favorite exercises, equipment available & your training preference your workout program will be curated just for your body.

1:1 FORM ASSESSMENT

Seeking live feedback on your form? We offer the option once every month to workout 1:1 LIVE for 30 minutes with your coach at home or gym. 

LOAD & REP TRACKER

The TNV Method App provides the flexibility to track your training progress by capturing metrics(reps, sets, load lifted, exertion) that will help your trainer tweak your program for greater benefits.

LOCATION AGNOSTIC

Whether you choose to workout at home/gym/park or on vacation, your coach can create a plan for you based on equipment availability and time. Need shorter but more impactful workouts? We can tailor it for you

FORM ANALYSIS

Your dedicated coach can help you improve your exercise form to lift heavier and avoid injuries by analyzing your workout videos during the check-in call. You can also opt for a LIVE workout session for instant feedback

INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS

The TNV Method App workout videos will consist of step-by-step instructional videos that shows you proper form for all exercises so you can learn to lift heavy weights without fear of injury.

 

NUTRITION PLAN

Your meal plan, supplement list, nutrient timing guidelines and lifestyle tips will be provided through the TNV Method app and will be customized based on the following criteria. Your dedicated Coach is just a message or call away for any customizations!

LIFESTYLE SPECIFIC

Our in-house dietitians will provide 100% customized meal plans suited to local ingredients available to you. Whether you choose to count your own macros, or want us to do it for you, we offer both the options through the app.

Our specialized team of in-house dietitians will customize your plan based on conditions you mention during your Onboarding Discussion.

BULK/CUT CYCLES

Feeling low-energy during your cycle and struggling with cramps? Our nutrition plan will help you. Satisfy hormonal cravings with our meal-plans designed to help you feel full especially during that time of the month!

NUTRIENT TIMING PLAN

For certain fitness goals, your coach may recommend specific meal-timings customized to your lifestyle to ensure maximal progress. We ensure to accommodate your lifestyle preferences while building your timetable.

FLEXIBLE MEAL PLAN

We want you to include the meals you enjoy and hence we offer both flexible and fixed meal plans with recipes including your favorite dishes! These can be pre-macro counted for you or we can teach you how to do it. 

CULTURAL FOODS

Worried about missing out during festivities or parties? You won’t need to give up your favorite cultural dishes on this program as our team of in-house dietitians will curate a healthier version of the recipe for you. 

TRAVEL / VACATION

Are you an avid traveller who cannot meal-prep? We will offer you alternative meal ideas/restaurant options as well as teach you ways to maximize nutrient intake while you are on the run/vacation/travel!

SUPPLEMENT LIST

Your program includes a supplement list suited to your needs including brand options and discount codes available in your country. We offer budget-friendly options as well!

Our nutrition mindset coaching via TNV Method App will help you step away from the mindset of "cheat" meals and help you incorporate the foods you enjoy as a part of your journey.
