Refunds are not available for services that have been rendered either fully or partially. Refunds will also not be provided for change of mind, or in instances where the Customer insists on having a service provided in a certain way, against TNV Method Coach (the provider’s) advice, or the Customer failed to clearly explain their needs to the provider (TNV Method Coach). 

Programs purchased using installments as the Customer's chosen payment method will not be cancelled until the committed number of installments have been complete. A Customer chooses the commitment while purchasing the program and must fulfill it.  

Results are not guaranteed. Due to different dispositions, the practices and treatments shared on the website vary for everyone. Many factors influence how successful someone will be with our recommendations. Any projections made in our advertising materials are opinions, not fact.
