PURCHASE THE PROGRAM
Choose the right program for your goals by going through our Program Comparison and by reaching out to the WhatsApp Support Team. If needed, you may be invited to a 15-min Discovery Call with Tanvi who will help you decide the right program fit for you.
APP SET-UP &
Within 2-3 days of enrolling, you will receive a private link to set-up the app, sign the waiver, fill out the consultation form and on the completion of this, your TNV Method Coach will be chosen for you and assigned to you.
VIDEO CALL WITH COACH
An in-depth video consultation for you to connect with your Coach and share the biggest barriers in your fitness mindset. We may schedule another Onboarding Session if we are unable to obtain all the required information. Based on this discussion, we will tailor your customized Fitness Protocol.
VIDEO CALL WITH COACH
3-7 business days after your Onboarding Discussion, on a 30 minute ( for TNV Evolve) or 60 minute ( for TNV Transform), your Coach will educate & elaborately explain your Fitness Protocols for the first month of Coaching. Get your queries answered, myths busted & get motivated during this call to begin your fitness journey !
Once you have all your plans in the app, your coaching phase officially begins. We begin counting your month from this phase. All the previous days before this do not count towards your months of coaching.
This phase is a continuous two-way communication channel where the TNV Method Coach will monitor your progress daily, make adjustments to your protocol and address any questions you have. The aim of this phase is to help you achieve your goal at sustainable rate.

Book a 30 minute call with a Clinical Dietitian from our team for guidance related to metabolic disorders or tips for eating healthy.
MENTORING BY DIETITIAN
Book a monthly 30 minute call with Tanvi who will give you big-picture insights, guide you in your journey & discuss any mindset barriers.
MENTORING CALLS WITH TANVI
You will be placed on a maintenance plan with your Coach supporting you to help you continue your progress.
