A TNV Method Coach (not Tanvi) will be assigned to you.
1:1 Video call with Tanvi to discuss your fitness goals. This call will be pre-scheduled.
Develop the right mindset towards health & fitness so you can sustain results long-term
Workouts can be curated for home or gym or both.
Extensive meal plans and detailed recipe options.
Based on your feedback, we will update the plans as needed.
Lifestyle Habits will be added to help build discipline and get consistent results.
Video check-in calls of 15-20 min to help answer queries, discuss current barriers, get feedback from you, track progress and provide guidance & motivation as needed.
Tracking body stats and progress photos via the app.
Our response time for all programs is a minimum of 6-8 hours. We do not offer live chat nor do we use bots. A coach will respond to you.
Workouts can be curated for home and/or gym.
Exercise form video explaining how to perform the exercise.
Depending on your goals, additional cardio may be added.
We provide detailed feedback on your exercise form when you send us videos of yourself working out. Your Coach may even ask for a 1:1 Form Session.
Specific goals like running pace, strength in certain muscles.
We curate workouts based on the equipment you have available to you at home/gym/vacation.
Your past/current injuries will be considered while creating a plan.
If you have a busy schedule, we will create workouts that suit your time availability. This can be modified on request.
We offer customization of the workout schedule if you want to pursue other fitness activities like swimming/dancing etc.
Meal plan suited to fat-loss, muscle-building or maintenance.
Food and lifestyle tips by our team of expert Dietitians.
