Fill out your Fitness Goals & History Form


On purchase, in 2-3 business days, you will receive confirmation email from TNV Method indicating the next steps of action. Additionally, you will receive an invitation email from us which will give you immediate access to TNV Method App.
While setting up the TNV Method Mobile App you will be prompted to fill out an Onboarding Consultation form which will contain questions about your past fitness journey & future goals. We encourage you to volunteer as much information as you can.

45-min Video Onboarding

30-min Video Protocol

1-2 business days after Step-2, your TNV Method Coach will reach out to you via the TNV Method App to fix a time for a 45-min Onboarding Consultation Video Call. Let your coach know about specific times slots and they will try to open up a slot for you.
3-5 Business Days after your 45-min Onboarding Call, your Coach will set up a 60 min Protocol Discussion Call to explain all the fitness & nutrition protocols and begin the Coaching Phase. It is after this call that the month of coaching begins.

Customized Program is Ready for you!

Right after the 60 min Protocol Discussion you will have access to all your plans and can begin your Program. During the Protocol Discussion you can set up times for the 2 Accountability Calls in a week to connect with your coach.
